Good morning!

I am late to the party. I have had a headache on and off for about 10 days, but last night it was so severe that I relied on some RX pain management. Hence the late wakeup. I decided in my altered state, to set the school day alarm, so there was a bit of confusion in the early a.m.

SoX, IDK if you ended up ordering the CP enhancer after all, but if you did the price has been reduced.

no need to wait 10 days to take something, if you have pain take care of yourself.

@lolakimono Do you get headaches like this often? You're suffering a long time with this one. Is it related to allergies or change of weather?

@SoX I'm sure if I had paid attention to the jewelry I would have picked something up, anything, lol. I'm at a point in my life when I ask myslef how much more do I need? I need to wear what I already have a little more.

@jackthebear Without naming any specific host/vendor, I was thinking about voice quality the other day. Carolyn was in radio. Jacqui G was in radio. The original hosts don't seem to be as 'nasal' or 'chipmunkie' when they speak.

fingers crossed 🤞 that it will go away soon.

I am up with the grands after two days of immense bodily pain...yesterday I woke up with it. It seems to be related to the red pepper I have been eating every day for months! ???

I think it's mostly related to the weather, but there is stress at work too. I would call it a mini-migraine (unless it's like being a little bit pregnant, LOL). My mother was a migraine sufferer, and she would be totally incapacitated with pain. These are not like that. I can still do things, but I have nausea and this morning I woke up with one nostril completely blocked. The weather has gone from the teens to the 60s sometimes in the same day. We have another event on Sunday. I had been taking Advil allergy sinus for daytime, and I already took PM Motrin last night, but I couldn't get rid of it so I had to put in the "varsity" team members, LOL.
