I think it's mostly related to the weather, but there is stress at work too.  I would call it a mini-migraine (unless it's like being a little bit pregnant, LOL).  My mother was a migraine sufferer, and she would be totally incapacitated with pain.  These are not like that. I can still do things, but I have nausea and this morning I woke up with one nostril completely blocked.  The weather has gone from the teens to the 60s sometimes in the same day.  We have another event on Sunday.  I had been taking Advil allergy sinus for daytime, and I already took PM Motrin last night, but I couldn't get rid of it so I had to put in the "varsity" team members, LOL.

yep  I have severe migraines  so I know exactly what you mean,  lost 2 days last week.  so I don't hesitate to take my meds when I  need to ,  it can be life changing
