Watching Deming and co a656070 demin shirt with ruffle trim omg, I just purchased this exact looking denim shirt at tjmaxx for 24.99 there is not any difference at all.

Same material?  I think the D&C one is tencel, which is usually pricey.

Key words, exact looking.  This one is Lyocell which is my favorite fabric.
