I have placed several orders within the past week. For some reason I have not received shipping status through e-mail.  I did not even receive an order confirmation after it was placed. When I checked my order status here, I see all the information.  

Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi @Lala Ann, same thing happening to me.  I honestly didn't "notice", but I did place an order yesterday and never got any emails from the Q, although I did get the confirmation of my cash back earnings from Coupon Cabin.  I checked Spam, Trash, and Inbox....no Q emails about my order at all.

@Alice-QVC, thank you for the feedback.  I went into my account preferences and lo and behold, I was also not subscribed, so I checked the box to receive emails.
