I didn't see anything earth shattering, but this new top from LOGO might appeal to you. It doesn't look like it will be presented in the show today. I think I would like it a lot better without the rat tail in the back.

Good morning to everyone this lovely morning. I am glad that I do not need anything, in particular, as, once again, nothing is calling my name, lol. I would like to find a longer style top that is somewhere between a normal length and tunic length. I am keeping an eye out but so far have not found what I am looking for, haven't been to any B&M stores yet though.

Morning LOLA and friends....I am just here for a short time cuz I have part 2 of my Saturday nutrition classes at the local grocery store. Took part 1 last Sat. and it was really interesting. When its done I will share my 'greatest insights' for those who are interested. The most fun is trying products that I would normally not buy because they are so expensive...good way to see if a small package of a sprouted seed tastes good enough to spend $6.99 on it!

Some of the info we already know, like drinking certain green teas is better for you because of the antioxidants. Its nice that they have a Doctor on staff who is an expert. I will share his name next week...my notebook is in my car. He has a website, so I think anybody can check it.

Enjoy the chat this morning. I will check in this afternoon and see what I missed. Happy weekend everyone...its been beautiful here in Ohio....70 to 80's and sunny....Cleveland got the Republican convention and got LeBron James back, so people are pumped for our city which has gotten a lot of bad publicity in the past. Good stuff.

Weather here is pretty cool- a cold front is on its way. I have schoolwork today and tomorrow, so my big plans are really cooking, cleaning, reading and writing. How exciting!
