Search the LG Olympus phone on QVC's website and it tells you right there they triple the time for life of the phone.

I see where it says they triple the MINUTES for the life of the phone, so if you buy a minute package, the three buckets would be filled with triple the amount, but I think if you buy just data, it is not supposed to be tripled. However...I am just so glad that a CS rep did it for you since they took 500 mb of your data for no reason! Again...I thank you for all of your help!

Did you get the Memorial Day LG Optimus 2 from HSN? That's what I got.

And yeah, I'm not expecting a data only card to triple

Yes, I got the LG Optimus 2 on HSN, and it should be here Saturday!

The case seems nice but I just wanted to mention I found a load of inexpensive others available online, some come with a stylus and screen protector. I hope it works out for you. I'm going to drive around and check coverage before transferring my phone # because I never used Verizon towers before. Based on the map I hope to get some better coverage outside the city than I have now.
