samsung orbit problem...

Voice mail problems...for some reason the volume is very low and I cannot raise it.  It was working normally and then just went low.  Yes I have tried all the settings...every other volume is just fine.  I know there have been problems with VM on this particular model... sorry I bought it!!

Tracfone is no help at all.   Too late to return.
