question regarding usage with Viastat

Thanks in advance, seriously excuse my dumb question but I don't know anything about any of this topic.

If I get on my desk top computer and listen to music on itunes, am I using up my allotted 60 gigs, or whatever they call it, am I going through them? Or is it not considered being on the internet?

Re: question regarding usage with Viastat

@gulf coast girl,  although I do not have viasat I went to their FAQ pages and found the following which shows how much data is used streaming music.

This is the address for the FAQ pages:   viasat.com/satellite-internet/faq/

This is a link to data usage activities to help gauge what uses the most data:     news.viasat.com/blog/satellite-internet/keeping-an-eye-on-internet-data

With 1 GB of data, you can visit 3,000 new webpages, send 20,000 text-only emails, listen to 24 hours of music streaming on services like Spotify (at 96 kbps), and more.

There is also a listing of common app data useage and it lists music streaming as 150 MB per hour.

The eyes through which you see others may be the same as how they see you.
