I can not understand how to do it on my old laptop,no keys to do it,read on line  help please.

          @goldensrbest,  You only need to tap or click the "Return" or "Enter" key a couple of times to move to a new paragraph.

 

           However, you also need to be using "Rich Text" instead of "HTML." 

 

          You can click/tap "Rich Text" at the top of each post or go to your Settings, under Preferences, under Preference Options, and for "Default editor to use for posts" check "Rich Text Editor."  (Be sure to click/tap "Save" after making changes to your settings.)
