john, thanks for the encouragement on the tracfone...i ordered and received my LG800 tracfone that was offered on qvc for 79.99 no s&H...the activation was a breeze and the 1400 triple minutes for life were loaded within minutes. the learning curve isn't too bad and it's a touchpad type, not too difficult to manuever. it came with an extra skin and phone charger and car charger both.

the only question i have is that the constant updating that scrolls across the bottom shows i have over 465 days of service left...what i want to know is that as the service comes to an end do i buy another 1 yr. service card or just buy more minutes?
