Nook + I haven't tried in the last month, but I was surprised at the difficulty getting help at bn &bn online. A tech began a reset which didn't go through, so I decided to call the local bn store. No one was yet familiar with the new plus. Three days later the nook was somehow reset. Operations are off and on. I often must click several times to reach a new site. New email is slow to appear. The Charter tech showed me that my signal was the strongest in the area. I'm thinking of an ipad to decrease computer use. Too bad these pricey devices don't offer a print guide. I miss Q's nook description which listed available features. You 'd think those would all be listed at sites online. I wish I had copied that info now that Q seems to be done with the nook.
