I just purchased an item using easy pay option.. im confused because my order status says in process but when i click easy pay tab status says contact cs... should i call or is main order status all that matters? thanks also my card has been debited

You'll want to call CS, or else your order will remain "in processing". It would be nice if their systems could all match, but it's apparently too much to ask...

I contacted customer service and they said all is fine with my order.. i sure hope so.. maybe its because its a recent order... fingers crossed

Just happen to think about this,

could it be customer service is asking if you have any questions about this easy pay (when amount will be debited from your account or charged to your credit card.).

I use easy pay many times. the amount will be charged or debited from your card on the day you purchased the item each month.

If you purchased it on Jan. 2,014, the next time your card will be charged will be Feb 2,014 and so forth.

their computer "thingy" just has not caught up with the order all will be ok in a few minutes,happens all the time
