I purchased the kindle fire that was a TSV after Thanksgiving and i can not get it registered. I connected to my wifi and that worked so i tried to register onto my amazon acct and i got an error message. I called Kindle support and thet said they would call me back in a few days while they check on it. Is anyone having this problem? Should i call the tech support that came with it? I am not happy with this device. Can't even use it. Thanks in advance.
