@Isobel Archer  According to the article/instructions, you have to do more than just "turn it on."

I don't know if the problem I'm having is a result of the update update, but, I wasn't having any problems before.  I have a Kardi Mobile and since the update, my phone's bluetooth won't connet to the Kardia mobile device.  I've done everything I can think of and today, I contacted Kardia tech support.  I am not happy!!!
