iPhone App Question

I have the first version of iPhone and one of my co-workers suggested downloading an app from iTunes that she thought was beneficial while using her iPhone.

She said the app gives you tips and tricks for iPhone that she was not aware of.

Does anyone use this app and if so, how do you like it?
