iPad Ordering Problem?

Twice in the last few weeks, I've ordered the same item, once clothing and once jewelry, in 2 different colors, and when I check the shipping, I find that two items in THE SAME COLOR have shipped. This has never happened before, and I cannot figure out why it's happening? I order on an iPad2. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
