A few weeks ago I purchased the TSV iPad. After pairing it with the included separate keyboard, I removed the sticker on the keyboard case that says You must press the connect button to begin pairing. Once I removed that sticker, there remains a sticky  residue.

Anyone have a good solution to getting off the residue on an inexpensively made keyboard case that will not scratch it or take off the finish?

Thanks in advance for any ideas. Smiley Happy

Use some 'Goo Gone', available at Walmart, BBB, etc.

Put a small amount on a paper towel and wipe. The sticky residue will come off without affecting the plastic. HTH!

I also got that TSV & love it!  I would try a squirt of hairspray on a soft cloth & gently wipe it, it should come off.  HTH!

@BornToShop @KingstonsMom Both good ideas! Thanks!

I love the iPad too, as it is much lighter than the second generation one I got years ago. I don't consider my hands big, but using the keyboard makes me really have to scrunch in tightly! ha!

A little fingernail polish remover on a paper towel.

@World Traveler

Amazon, Walmart and Best Buy have a nice selection of protective covers for your IPad.

@World Traveler  I never use a keyboard, I think most people dont, but I do have this device on all three of my pads.  It allows you to comfortably hold your pad for hours.  It's from Lapworks on Amazon.  They have several options.

@Kachina624 WOW! I've never seen that. Thanks for including the picture.

I just figured I would go with the keyboard that it not only came with the TSV. I type pretty fast, so it is simpler for me to do that.

But you have piqued my curiosity with the picture. Do you use a stylus, one hand/finger to compose emails or post to the forums, or just set the iPad down and use both hands?

@World Traveler  Yes, I've gotten in the habit of using a stylus in my right hand.  I just kick back in my recliner, pad in hand and peck away.  I find that this holder greatly reduces the chance of my dropping the pad and since I have arthritis, it makes holding it effortless and painless.

One of my Lapworks holders also came with a stand which I use with all of them for watching videos.
