          This isn't a computer update, @Annabellethecat66, it's just an update for the Apple mobile devices.    In general, it's working fine.    However, I understand why some people prefer to wait a bit for the kinks to be worked out...  but eventually it's important to install to get the security updates/protection.

Oh!  I see where my IPADs (the two big ones and the smaller one's want me to down load it) but I didn't download it.  I did on my phone and haven't noticed anything...what am I missing?

I'll wait a little longer on my IPADs.  Is that what you are talking about?  I have a lot of Apple products.  My laptop is Samsung but I didn't buy it, it was a gift from my daughter.

Am I missing something here?  I haven't had any trouble on my Iphone after downloading it.

          No, I don't think you're missing anything, @Annabellethecat66.    I haven't seen many problems reported and my iPhone is working fine with the update.

           If you mean you're saving an image to your device and then uploading it here, first you tap/press the photo and select "Save Image."   Then, it's saved to your Photos app on the iPad/iPhone.   When I do that,  here on the site I choose the Insert/edit image icon, I tap "Choose File" and then I see a popup choice of "Take Photo," Photo Library," "iCloud Drive," or "Cancel."  I choose "Photo Library" and then usually get the image from the Camera Roll.  

          Eta:   Perhaps you could try saving a new image to your iPad, and then see if you can upload it from the Camera Roll?   Maybe some of the older images have a problem...   just trying to brainstorm here.

@dooBdoo Thanks!  I hadn't noticed any problems.  I do texting over and over all day with my friends and daughters.  I send and they send me pictures many times during the week.  I haven't noticed any problems.
