The home button is the little circular "dimple" button on the front of the iPad. The sleep/wake is the little bar-shaped button on the side of the device.

Do you have a computer with iTunes you can use to sync the device? I'm sorry you're having troubles. I'll try to get to my iPhone shortly and see if I can add images here. It could be that the site isn't working well with this new update, but hard to say just yet.

When my son-in-law says "Wait!" I usually listen to him...well sometimes...I'm glad I did in this case...my computer kept bothering me about doing this and I kept saying "NO"! Then it started on it's own to do it and I shut the thing down (not a good idea) but I went bonkers. So far it hasn't started up again. I just feel like I'll do this when I'M READY!

I just tried several different ways with the same image, using my iPhone 5 and iOS 10.0.2, and can't duplicate the problem you're seeing. Try logging out of the QVC site. Then close the Safari app running in background. Then, go to the Settings and Clear History and Website Data. Then, launch Safari and log back into QVC's Community, and try once more. I forgot to ask before... how did you upload the image to show us the error message?
