i tunes error

Hello

I have itunes on my pc every time my pc starts up I get thes msg from apple syc notifer exe entry point not found - the procesure entry point sqlite 3 prepsre-v2 could not be located in the dynamic link libarary sqlite3,dll i thought it was a windows vista problrm but its doing it in win 7 as well i tryied removing itues and the error went away butwhen i reinstalled itunes it came back any ideas on how 2 fix this error the programs seams 2 be working ok the msg just comes up when i turn on my pc thanks 4 any help
