I ordered a HP computer at the end of November and it was a TSV. As of today the computer has not shipped it is hung up in China they are still waiting for clearance papers according to Fedx. I know QVC sold a lot of these computers the day they went on sale so just wanted to mention this in case people bought them for Christmas gifts. The original estimated delivery date I got was 12/12/2014 from Fedx that didn't happen and QVCs date is 12/15/2014 and I doubt that is going to happen. So if you are tracking your orders with a Fedx number watch it closely. I called Qvc customer service about this issue not very helpful at all did not try to help. I am going to try to cancel this and am going to buy the computer else where.

I am having the same problem. It seemed to have shipped very quickly (12-5-14), but it's going nowhere, just sitting in China.

I've only had to call QVC customer service a few times. With the exception of one time, all have been some of the most rude, hateful, most unwilling to offer ANY type of help/suggestions. From what I've been exposed to, don't know how anyone could say they are nice, or helpful. I laugh out loud when I hear hosts talk about the customer service! I finally returned an item to a vendor once, who apologized for the rude, and poor service from QVC! LOL

Also waiting on my hp laptop edd: 12/12 FedEx customer service seems clueless to why it taking so long to clear customs, one would think Qvc would offer some type credit
