I ordered a canon camera yesterday paid express delivery with estimated delivery date of tomorrow 12/24 however so far my order hasnt even shipped is this normal?

All I can say is keep your fingers crossed! I'm sure they'll be delivering items Christmas Day also. I think the delivery companies are doing the best they can.

Maybe it has shipped but that info. has not updated yet. Call Q customer service & ask them if it's been shipped since you paid express delivery.

@hoosieroriginalAgree - I think the warehouses are on overload, every CS is on overload, and around me the parking lots are so full, it's smart to wear walking shoes just to get to the store of a store or a mall!

Sometimes it's good not to have family expecting gifts. I sent what little I do for the holidays more than two weeks ago - received and done!

If I'd ordered that camera for someone, I'd be creating a card - especially if I lived somewhere with snow or even heavy rain. We're sunny and warm here in my neighborhood and even then what should be a 10 minute trip easily runs over a half hour. The delivery services must be crazed.

@millieshops -I totally agree - have a backup in mind. Just imagine what delays there would be if it were snowing! My UPS guy looked exhausted yesterday. I feel for these people, they are the ones who will take the heat.

I ordered a product from the Q with expedited shipping and it arrived on time. Before ordering I asked C.S. if the item didn't arrive in the time promised would I be refunded the extra cost of S&H and the answer was yes. I hope your package arrives on time. I remember also that the shipping info was delayed. HTH

If it's shipping OVERNIGHT, as long as it ships by tonight, you should have it.

I did QVC's expedited shipping once and what actually happened was that it still took a few days for processing in their system, THEN it was shipped overnight, or it might have been two-day air - I cannot remember as it's been a long time.

At any rate, the result was that when it finally shipped it did travel for the number of days it was supposed to. But the slow QVC processing got in the way so it was 3 days, PLUS the number of shipping days.

Honestly, if you need something in one or two days, Amazon is your best choice. Assuming you ordered it by early afternoon to mid afternoon, it would have shipped THAT day.
