@gardenman : Thank you. Your help and information made all the difference. I am very slow and have trouble understanding somethings. I started this process today at 1:30p.m and finished at 3:25 p.m. Then used Google Play Store to install the SimpliSafe app on my Amazon tablet. 😳🤷‍♀️😃 68 and determined to keep going. Thanks again.
