firestick

I recently started to use a firestick and have issues with some channels having no audio or audio and video aren't synced. Is this normal? Anyway to fix?

Call Amazon for electronic device support. They have been great with help for the several fire stick issues I've had.

Go to applications, manage installed apps, go to videos, force stop, clear data (don't worry, because you will lose nothing), restart your device, then soon after all will come back and your audio should play all right.

Return it!  Amazon's hardware is total cheap, junk!  Get an Apple TV, you will never look back.  You get what you pay for.
