i bought a dell computer at qvc and it crashes does not work at all. the windows 7 is not there. .dell says it needs to be reinstalled .i have paid money constanely to dell for these iems . dell only will help you for 21 days unless you pay more money . qvc says 30 days. i did not know this . i did know this before . this computer cost me almost 1000.00 . i have spent way more as now. dell says trend- micro is waiste of money, that is what qvc is sending with the software package....the corporate office at qvc talked to me like i was a meat. i have been treated very well . however, not anymore . i read the reviews on this computer and so many people were having the same problem. qvc stopped selling this computer. i am going to let everyone know this and i hate it . but, i feel it must be done!!!!
