Strange ? - NookColor interaction with treadmill....

Just throwing this out to see if anyone has run into this and/or is more of an electronics guru than I am.

I've noticed that whenever I put my NookColor on my treadmill to read while exercising, I can't move 'swipe' between pages of a book. I have to pick it up to move it away from the treadmill display, change pages and then set it back down.

Just a quirky thing that I've finally decided to check out.
