computer Order

Has anyone ever had to wait greater than 1 month for a computer order. When I ordered my Dell computer in May as a gift for my husband there was no indication that it would take forever to get it. The EED was 6/19/13 and it is now 7/3/13. No real reason given when customer service was contacted, but QVC continues to sell this computer both on TV and on-line without any notice it is on backorder. I have ordered this for a project my husband is working on and this is really frustrating!!!!! I have someone who flew in for a month to assist with this project and everyday without this computer is a delay in our progress. Really? I have received the screen and the warranty, but the warranty will expire by the time I receive this item.

This is the first time I have been really dissatisfied with an order placed to QVC because there is no communicatio regaring this.{#emotions_dlg.sad}
