clickfree question?

I was wondering, I have a multi-PC clickfree from some years ago. If I get a new PC and I hit transer to it, will it transer everything on it? Now I do have 3 pc's on this clickfree. One is a dell other HP.

Thanks, I don't know if anyone has talked about this or not.
