Yahoo issue

A friend is able to get into yahoo mail. But when she sends messges to yahoo groups they come back to her.

She has not done anything wrong or gone against any guidelines. This has been going on for a week.

Does anyone have any idea what the solution is? Thank you.

She'll have to get Yahoo or her Internet provider if the Yahoo account is associated with her ISP account, to reset her password.

Who is they? What do you mean they come back to her? To me, locked out of Yahoo means you can't get into your e-mail. This sounds like something different.

Maybe the email address of the recipient has changed or she is not typing it correctly

Can she not send any emails or is it only GROUP emails that are the problem? 2 different problems.

I dont seem to explain things very good lol. Sorry.

My friend can log into her email fine. When she tries to send messages to Yahoo Groups they go back to her undelivered. She cant figure out what she can do and I have tried to help. I have no idea either! After a week this is still happening.

It's a problem with Yahoo Groups. She needs to look for answers there.
