Yahoo e-mail spam question

I posted here a while back about answering a Kohl's gift card survey that came in my regular e-mail, not spam. Since them I have been inundated by spam e-mails, everything from "dating' services from anything about every subject I've ever looked up, and every first name of people I know, to any educational spam, etc.

I went to the filter, and couldn't figure out what to do to change this other than typing in every web site to block.

This morning, after clearing it last night, I had 578 e-mails in my spam filter. I don't want to change my e-mail address. Is there anything else I can do? TIA!
