I purchased an Xbox series x bundle on the 1st, on the 3rd the label was created but not picked up from ups yet, has said that since. Estimated delivery is the 14th yet there's 2 business days left until the 14th. qvc said they can't give me any updates because it comes from the vendor... I'm hoping it's Microsoft and I called Microsoft and they're of no help. I don't want a refund I want my item! I spoke to a supervisor and she said it sounds like something is wrong because she received a call earlier from someone else with the same issue about the same bundle.

Looks like the bit more than the can chew order mine on the 31 should arrive the 10th. Still just says label was created.

You might actually be a gamer I’m not, I bought it for my fiancé as a birthday present, does Microsoft have to produce the Xbox before shipping (like they weren’t sitting around ready)…. or what do you think it is? Are you going to get a refund or wait it out?

Keep me updated please since you ordered first… thinking of getting a refund and buying one off eBay, save a few hundred dollars as well.

lord that stinks! Mine will probably end up being refunded/cancelled as well… guess if that happens I’ll just set the money aside for a store drop and stand in line early as f.

Have any of you read a newspaper or heard a TV newscast about the chaos in shipping goods from Asia, getting them unloaded in the US once they arrive and the shortage of truck transports in this country? There are many people awaiting the arrival of very important goods like pharmaceuticals, refrigerators and medical equipment.  You'll undoubtedly get your orders but they may be delayed and there's nobody who can tell you how long.

The way these types of sales work is through a vendor. QVC isn't an authorized seller, but a vendor will contact them and they'll put together a bundle (typically with stuff you don't want/need) raise the price, and then offer it for sale. QVC makes the sale and forwards the information to the vendor along with the vendor's share of the sale price who then fulfills the order. Often the vendor won't have the items in stock though and will hold the order until they get more in stock.

For gaming consoles, you're generally better off buying the bundles at a Gamestop. The stuff included is typically better and you're more likely to get it in a timely fashion. As I type this, Gamestop has the X-Box Series S with a three-month Game Pass in stock for $344.98. That's $200 cheaper than the cheapest bundle here which gives you cash to buy the accessories you want instead of the bundled stuff you find here.
