Has anyone else purchased the xbox 1 bundle and the game system started messing up? I want everyone to know that I am trying to exchange the xbox I purchased for my husband right before christmas as it freezes and we have to uninstall and reinstall netflix daily! When I contacted customer service they said there isn't anything they can do. I am very upset and I have it on a payment plan and its not even paid off yet and QVC is refusing to exchange it!!!!!!!

Have you checked into the manufacturer warranty?

You have 30 days or the end of January to return an item brought for Christmas. You need to go to Microsoft
