Wireless TV amplifier headphones . . .

If anyone has any experience with wireless TV amplifier headphones, I'd like to hear about it. DH needs the TV volume turned up very high, and it drives me crazy. (He had his hearing checked and the doctor said his hearing is OK. Go figure!). Do all TVs have the capability of using them? We just got a new LG flatscreen.
