Windows 7 - Windows Live Mail 2011

This is what I have and all my folders are hidden - however, if I want to move an email to a folder, the move to is there, with all my folders. How can I get those folders back where they belong?

I've been searching for help on windows live mail 2011 - no answers - just time wasted.
