Windows 10 screen resolution problem

I got  my screen size to much to the left and have a inch margin to short on the right.

 

I forgot how to make the whole page even again. Dragging the arrow doesn't work

 

any suggestions ! Thanks !

Can you click and hold the left button of your mouse on the grey bar at the top and drag the whole page over a bit to the right? Just a try. Not sure if that's what you need.
