I am so very frustrated. On 9/2 I ordered a laptop for my son who just started college. I was given a EDD of 9/26 which was long, but ok, I understood that the order has to go to Dell and the computer had to be built. As of today no laptop and the only answer I can get from the is that I will get a EDD in the next 5 days. What? A new estimated delivery date? Not a confirmation, not a tracking number, but a new date. What if that new date is another 3 weeks, another 6? The darn thing will be out of date by the time I get it! And customer service could not care less.
This will be my first and last order from QVC, they should not sell items they can't deliver.
