Why do I get boxes with blue question marks on my iPad

Instead of pictures and/or Emoticons?

Hi, violann!

You need to delete your browser's cookies and website data (for those using Chrome on their computers it's called "Hosted app data") and relaunch your browser. On the iPad, look under the Settings for Safari.

Unfortunately, QVC keeps messing with their website and periodically the emoticons don't appear as they should unless you do this each time you notice the problem's cropped up again. (I sent a report to them and received a message stating "they're aware of the problem.")

Few things reveal your intellect and your generosity of spirit—the parallel powers of your heart and mind—better than how you give feedback.~Maria Popova

Hi, violann! I just saw this -- You're welcome! I'm glad it's working for you now.{#emotions_dlg.thumbup1} Unfortunately, it appears they're still "tweaking" the software so we're likely to see more glitches.
