What is up with Dell Streak Tablet???

I just received my dell tablet (after cancelling order). I have been looking online to see what others thought of theirs and it is gone off the website. So no rating system available. I have heard some bad things so I am concerned about keeping it. Even on the dell website it is no longer being sold and you can't find out any information about why?? I love QVC but this is sort of a large purchase for me and I feel like there should be somewhere for us to see how it has been working for others. Anyone have any input?
