This happened with my old Dell, I just had to hit a certain "F" key in the top row and my wi fi would go back on.  The symbols are different on this one, does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I don't know, but I bet if you google it you'll find an answer.  It's amazing the things google knows!

I have an Acer.    At the very extreme right of the taskbar at the bottom of your screen, you will see a "computer icon".....(right before the time of day).

Click on it......and you will be able to select wifi or network.

First glance at subject line - - thought it said - will turn my WIFE back on.

@depglass @depglass If it's a Dell laptop, there might be a 'Fn' key on the far lower left bottom of the keyboard.

i have an HP laptop.....F12 is my wifi key.

On my 11 year old Dell laptop it's F2.  There's also a little icon of a tower on that key.
