I just tried to watch, unsuccessfully,an episode of an NBC tv series on Chrome and got this message: "The page at player.theplatform.com says: No PDK base URL could be detected. Asynchronous load of PDK requires a tp: base Url meta tag." I tried to find out what this means but didn't really come up with anything, except to try using the incognito window on Chrome, which worked. Does anyone know what this message means? Thanks.

Try a different browser.

It's a problem with thePlatform streaming video. I don't know much about it, but it's likely to be a problem with your browser plugins or add-ons (extensions). That might explain why it works in incognito mode.
