My adult daughter needs a new computer. She has an elderly person living with her family and he downloads cute things from pop ups constantly, therefore getting viruses. They are also bad about keeping security programs on their computer. She wants to use a computer, but doesn't want to do maintenance.

I think a Chromebook would be good for her. But are there things that the Chromebook won't do compared to a regular computer/laptop?
