@SharkE Oh I would miss that also. I do the same thing as you, I copy them for the car. Since I live in the hot and muggy state, I am always afraid my good ones will warp if I leave them in the heat. I would love to go to a Mac, but so expensive.
Windows 10 is a learning experience, and I do love playing with technical stuff, but I am not sure about learning another system. You can get one first and let me know how hard it is. lol

I'm an old f^rt and I resent having to learn safari. Think I can keep Google Chrome and my Gmail. I got a buddy who is lot older then me and she said she pitched out 2 windows machines and went to this mini deal and never looked back she doesn't even have virus protection on hers !
I've got AVG free, superspyware, malwarebytes. she said "pitch that out just hogs space you won't need any more". I don't think the mini defragments the drive either. I've got Auslogics to do mine now.
I'm learning about what it does and doesn't have, but, I think for what little this old f^rt does it would be OK and I'm not spending over another thousand again. BB has the 8 GB one TB for tad less then 700 and if I buy the 3 yr protection plan that's another 100. I've got the monitor, keyboard and mouse already.
Unfortunately, in today's world you have to be chained to something no choice. I didn't grow up on this stuff and why us old folks resent having to pay for stuff and it gets freaked up due to no fault of our own and we have to pay the piper. Maybe the Mac mini will be my last one I'll have to contend with. LOL

@SharkE, here is a link that might help you download copies or move the file from One Drive to your pc:

I like Windows 10. Hopefully you will be able to move your photo file from the cloud to your pc.

@SharkE, I just bought a new MacBook Pro. No CD/DVD drive anymore. I am happy to say that I was able to download software on line for my printer, my GPS and my camera.
I was also told my ereader was too old. I worked at it. It is a Sony. I ended up downloading the Calibre library and it works. Lucky me! I am going to return the new ereader I bought to replace the Sony today. The Sony is aluminum, not plastic. It was expensive when I first bought it ... Before they started making the cheaper plastic models.
Good luck! LM

I am one of the people that thought Vista was not that bad and when the tech people first started playing with windows 10 they said they liked Vista better too........But remember Windows 10 is all there is that will be supported and they have said that it will get better as time goes by. And I kind of think that may be right.
I just got a new desktop and am having problems stopping MS cloud and Google cloud from eating my photos. I have them on my computer and if I want them to go to the cloud I want to put them there and I think we have to stop the sync.
I hate that I scan or import photos from my SD card and I have them in a folder and also have them in the CLOUD folder.....it is a mess but we have to play with settings until we get it our way...
I have said this before Windows 10 makes it not a "personal" computer anymore...
I know I can't have Outlook Express or Windows Mail anymore but for what I wanted I LIKE IT.
We have to hope that MS is listening and things get going our way.....

I have been saying since I got Windows 10 on my laptop that it was the end of the personal computer. Now on my new desktop I have put a ton of photo on since I have a big harddrive and so everything I put in my computer goes to the cloud and makes a cloud folder in my Pictures....what a mess to have photos all over the place.
I download what is kind of clipart to use when making things in PSP. I opened them today to put in the right place and guess what I now have them in the cloud too.....I know I can't uninstall it but there has to be a way to shut it down...good grief..
I like to keep things in my computer neat the way I like it not the way MS wants it ......
