I signed on to online banking today and was shocked to see nearly $2000 in charges to my card from QVC! This weekend I ordered the HP laptop computer that was a TSV.

I accidentally ordered the 17" size online, which was not what I wanted. I noticed this and went back within an hours time and cancelled it. On order status, it clearly stated CANCELLED.

Then, I placed a new order for the 15" laptop, which is what I wanted in the first place. I chose the easy pay option (as I did the first time too, on the cancelled order), and it showed me that my first payment would be made right away of approximately $140, with 5 more monthly easy pays to follow.

So, imagine my surprise this morning when I noticed that my checking account is awfully low. I sign on to examine it, and QVC has billed me IN FULL for both computers!!!!

When I called right away the lady said it was a "system error" and she would check into it further. She said it was obviously a mistake but that it "sometimes happens". She could not say exactly how long it would take to resolve. In the meantime, I have bills due that require that money!

I have been a LONG TIME QVC customer, but if they are so careless and casual about an error involving 2000 dollars of my money, I will NOT be shopping with them anymore!
