Virgin Plan for Cell Phone

I would like to hear reviews for the TSV that was offered recently with Virgin mobile. Is the phone a good choice, is Virgin a decent carrier? I've been thinking about going with Virgin because of not having a contract, but have heard horror stories about their customer servicfe.
