When I first received the Clickfree TSV I plugged it in and backed up my whole computer. A couple of weeks later I updated my Kaspersky subscription and downloaded Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 - I must have had 2010 before. I decided that I should back it up so I plugged Clickfree in and tried to do just that - nothing happened. The Clickfree seemed to be running but the prompts didn't pop up. I called CS - twice now - and have spent almost 2 hours on the phone with them. The last guy insisted that it was the Kaspersky firewall that was creating the problem - although disabling it didn't resolve it. So now I have this "thing" with all of my data on it as a result I can't return it to QVC (although they agreed to take it after the 30 days) and Clickfree can't figure how to get my data off of it without the software running. Has anyone else successfully solved this issue?
