@queen Betty, me either. I've been posting for days along with many others and have been ignored. Many have called customer service and still no answers. You would think they would address this somewhere so we at least know they are working on it.

I'm wondering if this is still a result of the problem with the "hackers" on Friday? I had a terrible time after Friday...finally I saw the news saying hackers were flooding something called DNS, which effected anything run by computers!

I watched one this morning, so it's working. Are you on a tablet or computer? Is it possible you need to update flash? Have you restarted your device and cleared all cookies?

VIDEO STILL NOT WORKING, wish SOMEONE from IT dept. would reply, to

let us know they are at least working on this problem. can't be on our end,if so

many of us are having problems.
