I need a new camera so I am a bit interested. However Canon and I go way back with complaints... mostly the customer service. They redeemed themselves with me lately. My Canon G9 lens popped out. (known fault) but they would not help. The charge to fix it was crazy. And I was even crazier to pay it. So just recently I called them again, out of boredom I guess or just curiosity when I saw a replacement plan advertised. They exchanged my G9 for a G15 (whopee) for a reasonable cost. I did that. It is a nice camera but it does not have the lens I want. So while it is wonderful I am still looking at other options. Wished I had picked up the special on the Fuji with a 50X lens. Now the price is up up up. Oh well.

I was also curious to find out what the TSV Canon would be, unfortunately it looks like they have pulled it for Feb. 4th.
