I bought my hubby a TracFone as a backup for his cell. He wanted it so we thought since we already like pay-as-you-go we'd use this since we get triple the minutes. It was to be delivered yesterday. He stayed home all day in stead of traveling with me to appointments etc. It never arrived. We checked tracking and it was sent to the city 30 miles south. So what did UPS do? They sent it even further south by an hour and half to San Francisco instead of putting in an auxilliary vehicle and delivering it north to our home. Geez, never seen such a mess. The tracking showed it came from the normal regional center and was out for normal delivery.

Has anyone else experienced this with UPS?
