My PC has lately had a problem with unwanted ads popping up and interfering with my choices. Has anyone experienced this and if so, how do I stop it?
I have Windows 10 and I generally use Chrome to access my stuff. I did check my security and they report NO problems with viruses, etc.
Any help from techies would be appreciated!

Download an "ad blocker" and also set up your browsers to block ads.
Ad Block Plus is the top ad blocker - FREE. There are others, research them.
Browser(s) ad blocker option is done through its Preferences/Settings. Those add-ons/extensions are also FREE.

I get the same pop-ups. I have the ad block on my computer and they still come up on QVC. My son works with computers and he said it's working on my computer except QVC. I sent a message to them and all they did was apologize and that's it.

That's what happens to me too. The only pop ups I get are on QVC.

Go into your ad blocker settings & make sure it's set up to block QVC ads.
Below is what Ad Blocker Plus settings looks like for QVC on my comp.......

I don't have that option on my ipad. It simply allows me to use content blockers on all websites or not.
