UNHAPPY WITH PANDIGITAL eREADER...PLEASE HELP

Have tried and tried since Christmas and still cannot get the eReader to work for me. Regrettably, I must sent it back to QVC. I need to reset it back to factory settings before returning. Can anyone please help me with that. I don't want my private info left on the eReader.

This is the Pandigital 7" 4GB eReader. PLEASE HELP!!! TIA!
